Your Daily Doing

As a Consultant / Business Analyst, you will be in direct contact with customers and partners continuously, both in the implementation of ongoing projects and during the approach and acquisition of new customers through targeted workshops.

• You will take over the planning, preparation, implementation and follow-up of process analysis and requirement workshops with new customers.
• You analyze the material and information flow at the customer, identify potential and points of contact for process improvement through digitalization and lead implementation solutions that create added value for the customer.
• You lead customer and research projects with responsibility for results
• You are responsible for the introduction and go-live of our software solutions and train future users
• You continuously support our business development process by performing analyses, discovering new market opportunities and bringing your input to the further development of our products
• You support customer acquisition, especially by demonstrating our software to potential customers, attending trade fairs and creating offers
• You design the development of our start-up actively and work closely with our founders

You will be about 25-50% of your time with customers in southern Germany (or remotely) in contact with the customer to analyze processes and needs or to monitor and support the implementation of ongoing projects

So you convince

We would like to get to know you better, even if you do not bring the listed qualifications in full, but are enthusiastic about the task and want to develop in it.

• You have a university degree with very good grades in the field of (economic-) engineering, (economic-) computer science, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, mathematics, physics, chemistry or comparable.
• You have professional experience in the field of production, process optimization or consulting - ideally, you also have experience with ERP systems and MES
• You have professional experience as a consultant
• You have a thorough understanding of processes in the areas of production and quality management
• You have a pronounced advisory personality and convince through communication skills, travel readiness and organizational talent
• You are fluent in German and English in spoken and written word.
• You are characterized by self-initiative, high motivation and reliability

It would be great, but not necessarily required, if you:

• Have already gained some experience in a fast-paced environment (e.g. start-up, management consulting, etc.)
• Have already held a function with a lot of customer contact
