Your Daily Doing

• You generate and identify new leads for our young sales team
• You conduct market research and analyze potential customers with regard to our target group
• You actively identify new sales channels and use them for contact
• You present our product portfolio to interested parties
• You determine the requirements of interested parties and suggest suitable products and services
• You support in the pre-qualification of potential new customers
• You document information received about interested parties
• You lay the foundation for long-term and trustworthy customer relationships

How you convince

• You already have experience in B2B sales and with CRM systems (Hubspot)
• You are communicatively strong and go confidently and sovereignly to people
• You quickly grasp connections and can imagine yourself in the challenges of industrial production
• You are proficient in German and English
• You work structured and independently
• You are enthusiastic about the topic of Industry 4.0 as well as software and consulting in the B2B field

It would be great, but not necessarily required, if you have:

• Already gathered first experiences in a fast-paced environment (e.g. startup, gastronomy, etc.)
• Practical experience in the production or logistics field

Looking forward to

• Every Thursday, we have lunch together with the entire team in the office. We either prepare the food ourselves or order from our favorite restaurants.
• We know that coffee is important and for many even indispensable to start the day well. That's why we have our fully automatic machine available to you at all times. Tea is also available.
• Celebrate successes together with us at various team and company events (e.g. Wednesday Stammtisch, Christmas party, joint sports events, etc.)

• As an office computer, you will receive a MacBook. Of course, you can borrow everything you need for mobile work from us (screen, mouse, keyboard)

• If you want to move closer to the Karlsruhe region to work onsite more frequently, we support this with a relocation package.
