Join Sellen's Team. Come Build with Us. The Senior Project Manager will lead the successful project performance of Education construction projects from inception to completion.
Requirements
- 10+ years' experience in construction management with progressive responsibilities and experience across a broad scope of work and project types.
- Knowledge of emerging methods in commercial construction.
- Knowledge of Education project requirements and risk management strategies unique to those project types.
- Expertise in contract and documentation practices used in commercial construction.
- Working knowledge of financial reports and financial analysis.
