Charge Nurse: Operating Room
Nursing degree required. 2+ years circ nurse experience. Current RN license, BLS, and proficiency in MS Office software
Neuropsychologist
PhD/PsyD in psychology from APA accredited school. 2-year post-doc + 1-year pre-doc. ABPP-CN Board Certification within two years. Tennessee license req'd
Registered Nurse - Surgery Center
Associate degree in nursing, one year of experience, and an active RN license in appropriate state(s)
Physical Therapist
Completion of a Physical Therapy program, TN/MS license & CPR certification are needed. Must have a basic life and disability insurance policy
Clinic Registered Nurse
Nursing certificate required, one year RN experience, BLS/RN license, and current state license. BSN degree preferred. Outpatient clinic experience is also desired
Neurosurgeon
Must be a medical doctor with a doctoral program in neurosurgery. Must pass written exam and board certification within 2 years of residency. Drug prescription certificate & licensure required
Neurosurgeon
Requires medical degree from an accredited school. Completion of neurosurgery residency and board certification are required. Must maintain a valid and current license
Neurosurgeon
Doctoral degree in medical school, board certification in Neurosurgery, and licensure in a licensed state
Neurologist
Must complete a degree in medicine, neurology program & board exams. Licensure required and a strong ethical compass is important
Clinic Nurse - LPN
Nursing degree required. 1 year LPN experience needed. State NPL license and BLS certification are also essential
