Job Description
Semperis is looking for an Enterprise Sales Director to join their EMEA Team covering Benelux as part of the EMEA West Sales Team. The role requires 7+ years of experience in cyber security or identity sales, with a proven track record of performance in exceeding goals and quota, and growing the business.
Requirements
- 7+ years' experience in cyber security or identity sales
- 7+ years of Enterprise Sales experience successfully selling into enterprise accounts
- Active Directory, Azure AD, identity related sales experience
- Strong territory planning, and sales methodology focus
- Ability to develop and execute both territory and account-based strategies
- Proven track record of performance in exceeding goals and quota, and growing the business
- Strong experience with large Enterprise customers in the region
- Ability to work across all levels of the organisation
- Travel as needed is required
- Languages: Dutch and English Fluency is required, Flemish and French are highly desirable
