Regional Sales Manager

Semsee is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive premium growth by acquiring new retail agent relationships and expanding submissions from existing agency bases. The role is ideal for someone with sales experience in wholesale or MGA solutions to retail agents, who thrives in a fast-moving environment, and wants to be part of building something new.

Requirements

• 3+ years in commercial P&C insurance
• Experience selling into independent agencies and regional brokerages
• Familiarity with small commercial lines and the agent workflow for placing these risks
• Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and comfort working in a technology-forward environment
