Vice President Sales

Seeking a dynamic Vice President of Sales to lead national sales organization for digitally-enabled wholesale commercial insurance brokerage, driving adoption of real-time rate, quote, and bind platform among retail agents and brokers nationwide.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive sales experience in commercial insurance, with at least 5 years in wholesale / E&S brokerage.
• Demonstrated success leading multi-region or national sales teams of 20+ professionals.
• Deep understanding of commercial lines products (property, casualty, general liability, professional lines, etc.).
• Proven track record managing inside sales or phone room operations, including KPI ownership and team coaching.
