Junior Product NPI Engineer

Support the introduction of new semiconductor products from initial concept through full production release, collaborating with cross-functional teams and developing technical skills and expertise.

Requirements

• BSc in Electrical Engineering or related field; MSc a plus
• 2+ years of experience in semiconductor product engineering, test engineering, or design engineering; internship or co-op experience considered
• Foundational knowledge of semiconductor physics and analog/mixed-signal IC design principles
• Basic familiarity with statistical analysis tools (e.g., Excel, JMP, Python) and data interpretation
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
