Semiconductor Manufacturing Engineer - Surface Mount Technology (SMT) job description: The SMT Manufacturing Engineer will support the SMT back-end process, maintaining and improving equipment, processes, and systems, and completing engineering reports.

Requirements

• 1-5 years experience in Surface Mount Technology equipment and processes
• Expertise in Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA), especially with DEK printers, Panasonic PnP (Pick and Place), reflow ovens, shear, AOI or equivalent tools
• Knowledge of Quality and Industrial Engineering tools / processes (PFMEA, control plans, error proofing processes/fixtures, MSA, SPC, Ppk/Cpk analysis, Line Balancing / layout, tact times, etc.) to improve manufacturing efficiency
