We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to execute and optimize multi-channel digital marketing programs that drive engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness. This role focuses on tactical execution across paid media, organic social, email marketing, and web channels, while continuously analyzing performance to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 5-7 years of B2B digital marketing experience with focus on execution and optimization
- Proven track record of managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred) and CRM systems (Salesforce)
- Strong background in email marketing, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization
- Demonstrated experience with marketing operations including lead management, scoring, routing, and data quality
- Experience configuring and maintaining marketing technology integrations and workflows
- Demonstrated success in improving digital campaign performance and ROI
- Experience working with agencies and managing vendor relationships
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Digital marketing certifications strongly preferred (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, LinkedIn Marketing)
- Continuous professional development in digital marketing, analytics, or related areas
- Excellent English language communication skills, both written and verbal
