Senior Engineer, Yield Product

Responsibilities include monitoring and improving production yield, reducing scrap and investigating defect issues, and implementing process improvements to increase throughput.

Requirements

• BSEE or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years working experience in new product development and manufacturing of analog semiconductor devices
• Proficient with analyzing electrical circuits and Analog / Digital IC testing
• Good understanding of working theory of semiconductor devices and reliability testing
• Excellent analytical and trouble shooting skills
• Strong background in statistical data analysis
• Experience with different lab instruments and ATE testers
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Team player with a strong sense of urgency
• Experience in working with international and cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
