Senior Staff Product Engineer, Lifecycle Engineering

We are strengthening our Lifecycle Engineering capability with an experienced Senior Staff Product Engineer. This is a highly visible, hands-on engineering role where data-driven decision making, structured problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration directly contribute to engineering excellence and business performance.

Requirements

• BS in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• 5–8 years of experience in semiconductor product, test, or design engineering, ideally within sustaining or lifecycle roles
• Strong experience in yield analysis, margin improvement, and cross-functional technical problem solving
• Familiarity with ATE platforms such as Advantest or Teradyne, or equivalent bench test environments
• Experience with statistical process control, data analysis, and design of experiments
• Fluent professional English (written and spoken)
• Experience working across global manufacturing sites and supplier networks
• Proficiency with tools such as Excel, JMP, Galaxy, dataConductor, or similar analysis platforms
• Exposure to high-speed serial interfaces, video/datacom systems, or JEDEC/Mil quality standards
• Strong documentation discipline and structured engineering approach
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced production environments with competing priorities
