Job Description
Sail Biomedicines is seeking a Director/Senior Director, Quality to oversee and advance its Quality organization. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of progressive leadership in biopharmaceutical Quality and experience supporting global early-stage clinical programs.
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive leadership in biopharmaceutical Quality
- Deep expertise across both GCP and GMP
- Proven ability to scale Quality organizations and systems to support global operations
- Experience managing an eQMS
- Excellent communication, leadership presence, and cross-functional collaboration skills
