Sendbird is seeking a Head of Product, Korea to lead the AI Agent for Customer Service product line. The role requires defining and executing product strategy, agentic innovation, people management, and global product ownership.
Requirements
- Own the product vision and roadmap for the AI Agent for Customer Service platform
- Define and deliver enterprise-grade capabilities such as trust, safety, evaluation, observability, governance, deployment, and monitoring
- Push the boundaries of what AI agents can do in real-world customer service environments
- Lead and develop a team of Seoul-based Product Managers
- Drive strong product execution across multiple initiatives
