Job Description
Sendbird is looking for a Forward Deployed Product Manager to contribute to its vision of connecting businesses and individuals. The FDP will lead high-impact customer deployments of the AI Agent platform and act as a connective tissue between customer feedback and Sendbird's core product roadmap.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of previous experience in a PM or other product-facing role
- CS degree or other technical equivalent
- Technical familiarity with AI tools, frameworks, or agent-based systems
