Forward Deployed Product Manager, AI Agent

We're looking for a Forward Deployed Product Manager, AI Agent to create, deploy and optimize AI Agents that transform our customers' businesses and delight their customers. This role blends product thinking, project leadership, and customer-facing work with senior customer executives. You'll own each AI Agent and the outcomes they drive for our customers, and take that personally.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Technology Consulting, Implementations, Product, or Customer Success roles
• Hands-on work style with a bias for action
• Strong technical understanding and systems thinking
• Experience leading complex deployments and owning customer relationships
• Passion for AI, automation, and shaping the future of customer experience
