Requirements
- Several years of experience in leading IT teams (infrastructure/cloud)
- Technical background in IT platforms, networks, or DevOps
- Certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, ITIL, Terraform, Ansible) are a plus
- Experience in nearshoring or with hybrid team structures
- Deep understanding of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban)
- Knowledge of project management and operational implementation
- Ability to prioritize and make clear decisions
- Ability to coordinate different stakeholder levels (security, business, dev)
- Communication and moderation skills at all levels
- Strategic thinking combined with hands-on mentality
- Clear view of priorities, risks, and opportunities
- Fluent German and English in writing and speaking
