Maintenance Planner/Scheduler

Seneca Foods is seeking a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler to manage MRO inventory, update CMMS software, and ensure smooth repairs. The ideal candidate has experience in maintenance, manufacturing, or administration, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Requirements

• Strong familiarity with CMMS/JDE software
• Understanding of MRO inventory management best practices
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Ability to maintain accurate, high-quality data records
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
• Bilingual preferred
• Valid drivers license
• Previous experience in maintenance, manufacturing, or administrative roles (typically 1-3 years)
• High School diploma or equivalent
