Seneca Foods is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the production department team, ensuring timely execution of production schedules and quality parameters. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in food manufacturing and a solid understanding of Microsoft Office.

• Complete and analyze weekly departmental performance reports and shift recap reports
• Manage, document, and implement new and improved processes and train staff for effective execution
