Metadata Management Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Metadata Management Analyst to support enterprise-wide Data Governance, Metadata Management, and Data Quality initiatives within a large financial services environment.

What You Will Do

Partner with Business Data Owners, Data Stewards, and technical teams to identify, document, and catalog enterprise data assets. Support metadata governance processes for new projects, system enhancements, and enterprise data initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Management, Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Experience supporting Data Governance, Metadata Management, or Enterprise Data Management programs
• Experience working within financial services, banking, lending, or other large enterprise environments
• Hands-on experience with data catalogs, metadata repositories, data dictionaries, and business glossaries
• Understanding of data lineage, data lifecycle management, and enterprise data governance frameworks
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and integrity
