Care Associate - Assisted Living (AL)

We are looking for individuals who can embrace our mission to purposely brighten and enrich the lives of those we serve with HEART; Hospitality, Excellence, Appreciation, Respect & Teamwork. Provide assistance to residents in the Assisted Living Program with activities of daily living.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience working in senior care
• Acceptable proficiency in English
• CNA or CHHA license depending on the state
• Basic computer skills
• Compassionate, professional, kind, engaging, empathetic and helpful
• Ability to work as a part of a team and handle multiple tasks safely and efficiently
• Ability to make independent decisions and solve practical problems in high stress situations
