Care Associate - Assisted Living (AL)

We are looking for individuals who can provide assistance to residents in the Assisted Living Program with their activities of daily living, enabling them to lead a quality life while maintaining their dignity.

Requirements

• at least one year of experience working in senior care
• acceptable proficiency in English
• CNA or CHHA license (depending on the state)
• basic computer skills
• compassionate, professional, kind, engaging, empathetic and helpful
• ability to work as a part of a team
• ability to handle multiple tasks safely and efficiently
• ability to make independent decisions
• ability to solve practical problems in high stress situations
