The Executive Director will lead and manage a 100+ unit Assisted Living and Memory Care community in Phoenix, AZ. The role involves hiring, training, and coordinating staffing, as well as financial management and weekly conference calls with other Executive Directors.

Requirements

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with little to no direction (Entrepreneurial)
• 2-3 years of experience as an Executive Director in the Senior Living industry
