Executive Director - 100 Unit Assisted Living Community

We operate large Independent and Assisted Living communities in the Western United States. The management team is very experienced in the industry and is searching for a candidate that is outgoing, has an entrepreneurial spirit, and a keen understanding of financial management. Our goal is to grow through acquisition and become one of the largest senior living operators in the country.

Requirements

• Lead and manage ~60 employees.
• Responsible for hiring, training, and coordinating staffing in the community.
• Financially capable with a basic knowledge of budgets, income statements spend down reports, etc.
• Weekly conference calls with other Executive Directors in the Company.
