Requirements

• Keep the interior and exterior of the community in top condition.
• Timely completion of work orders to address resident needs.
• Prepare apartments for new residents, ensuring move-in readiness.
• Regularly inspect and maintain AC filters, Pull Cords, Smoke Alarms, and grounds.
• Assist residents promptly with maintenance needs.
• Execute weekly, monthly, and quarterly maintenance tasks.
