We are looking for a Carrier Growth Manager to help us expand our network by searching and on-boarding new carrier partners and building long-term relationships with them. The role involves managing a portfolio of our carriers, negotiating prices, and defining processes to increase efficiency and profitability.
Requirements
- Proven experience in building strong relationships with carriers (FTL)
- Good knowledge of industry dynamics and prices
- Agility, strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under stress
- Proficiency in Polish and English (both required at min. B2 level)
- Ability to work independently and good time-management skills
