sennder is a digital freight forwarder looking for a Carrier Manager to develop strategic relationships with trucking companies and drive capacity planning, carrier negotiations, and relationship expansion to meet customer demand.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in freight forwarding operations, with a focus on road freight
- Proven ability to communicate persuasively with diverse stakeholders across all organizational levels
- Fluency in English; any other European language is a plus
- Ability to thrive under deadlines, drive measurable results, and juggle multiple priorities with urgency
