Product Director

sennder is Europe's Leading Digital Freight Forwarder. As Director of Product, you will define and execute the strategy for sennder’s core freight forwarding products, leading efforts to solve high-impact, real-world problems for shippers, carriers, and internal users.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Product Management experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles at technology-driven companies of similar complexity and scale.
• Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or transportation tech is highly preferred. Background in B2B SaaS, (enterprise) marketplaces, or platform businesses are also valuable.
• Demonstrated ability to scale and elevate teams by hiring and mentoring top talent while fostering a performance-driven, collaborative culture
• Proven success in building outcomes-driven organizations with clear accountability and measurable impact.
• Expertise in using data, experimentation, and customer insights to guide product decisions and optimize outcomes
