sennder is a digital freight forwarder looking for a Road Transport Specialist to join their Carriers department in Barcelona. The role involves building relationships with carriers, negotiating spot market commitments, and developing supply chain solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years of experience in a road freight role and experience as a freight forwarder
• Commercial experience is mandatory
• Excellent English and Spanish communication skills (verbal and written)
• Additional European languages are an asset
• Entrepreneurial character and international mindset
• Strong ability to persuade, motivate, negotiate, and influence others
• Ability to thrive under deadlines and work in a team environment, while also delivering independent results
