Senior People Business Partner

sennder is Europe's Leading Digital Freight Forwarder. We're looking for a passionate and driven Senior People Business Partner to join our dynamic team in Wrocław, Poland. As a People Business Partner, you'll be at the heart of our people strategy, driving initiatives that matter, such as leading and supporting key HR functions, owning the performance review process, and championing employee experience and engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Law, Business, or related fields.
• 7 to 10 years of professional experience in HR, particularly in roles such as HR Business Partner (HRBP) or similar positions.
• Full professional proficiency in English and Polish, with exceptional written skills in both languages.
• In-depth understanding of employment law in Poland.
• Familiarity with compensation and benefits, disciplinary processes, and employee engagement strategies.
• Knowledge of payroll processes.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
