Job Description
Queens Community House (QCH) seeks a dynamic and experienced Program Director to lead the Pomonok Older Adult Center, a neighborhood-based center located within the Pomonok Houses Community Center in Flushing, Queens. The Program Director is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and strategic direction of the Older Adult Center.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Gerontology, Public Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3–5 years of program management experience, preferably in older adult services or community-based nonprofits
- Demonstrated experience supervising staff and managing program budgets
- Knowledge of NYC aging services and DFTA-funded programs strongly preferred
