Job Description
Queens Community House (QCH) is seeking a dedicated SYEP Program Aide to support the Summer Youth Employment Program (SYEP) by performing administrative and programmatic duties. The ideal candidate will assist department staff and participants, provide daily program support, and help ensure the program meets its goals.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Some college education is preferred
- Experience working with youth is highly desirable
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, multitasking, time management, and communication skills
- Proactive, with the ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise appropriate discretion
