Job Description
Seeking an accomplished Operations Leader to oversee manufacturing, supply chain, and facilities functions, with expertise in power electronics, specifically in rectifiers, inverters, and high-voltage systems.
Requirements
- University degree (Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience
- Ability to lead, coach, and develop team members
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills
Benefits
- Total Base Pay: $200,000- $215,000
