Job Description
Sensata Technologies is seeking an EMEA Distribution Sales Manager to lead the commercial organization and drive growth in the EMEA Industrial market. The successful candidate will manage a distribution team, develop business with regional distributors, and drive new business development and growth.
Requirements
- University degree (Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience
- Ability to lead, coach, and develop team members
- Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
- Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
- Fluency in English and German languages are essential
