Sensata is seeking a Program Manager to lead multiple project activities, ensure program completion within scope, quality, time, and cost constraints, and act as a liaison between individuals working on the program and key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Leads multiple project activities throughout project lifecycles to ensure completion within the defined scope, quality, time and cost constraints.
- Works closely with cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiative
- Develops and controls deadlines, budgets and activities.
- Applies change, risk and resource management.
- Resolves projects’ higher scope issues
- Assesses program strengths and identifies areas for improvement.
- Ensures goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction and team member performance
- Implements and manages changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved
- Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services
- Produces accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle
- Analyzes program risk
- A university degree required (i.e. Bachelor’s degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands

- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers
- Leads a multi-functional global team in defining a system and product roadmap, in line with customer and business priorities
- Leads all aspects in defining a business case for new opportunities
- Ability to define & implement product cost roadmap in line with the company’s priorities
- Leads specific Change Management projects in line with customer and company requirements
- Customer facing project management
- Managing new technology developments – in line with how the heavy vehicle industry is changing
- At least 3+ years' experience in Project and/or Programme Management
- Experience in working in an Agile development environment
- Experience leading Hardware, software and system development projects
- Background in an Automotive or fast paced technology development environment
- Prior knowledge of Cyber Security and Functional Safety requirements for the Automotive industry
