Requirements
- Oversees all aspects of assigned programs throughout project lifecycles
- Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives
- Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance
- May oversee multiple project teams
- Implementing and managing changes and interventions
- Work closely with cross-functional teams
- Develop and manage budget for projects
- Identify, analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks
