Program Manager

The Program Manager is responsible for the development and execution of a portfolio of projects and programs for the organization.

Requirements

• Oversees all aspects of assigned programs throughout project lifecycles
• Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives
• Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance
• May oversee multiple project teams
• Implementing and managing changes and interventions
• Work closely with cross-functional teams
• Develop and manage budget for projects
• Identify, analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks
