Sensata Technologies seeks a Senior Manager of Cost Estimating to lead the development and execution of the company’s Business Cases for various strategies, including new business opportunities, capacity increases, and investments.
Requirements
- University degree (Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience
- Strong financial and business acumen
- Deep Costing knowledge and experience
- Ability to lead, coach, and develop team members
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organization, planning and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills
