Product Manager

As the Product Manager for the Capsicum and Varietals portfolio, you will lead the growth, performance, and profitability of a dynamic $35MM business, shaping product plans, guiding sourcing and operations, and translating market intelligence into actionable results.

Requirements

• Own supply and demand planning for the product portfolio
• Drive pricing and product mix decisions to support profitable growth
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to identify priority segments and convert insights into strategic actions
• Support annual planning and budgeting processes
• Lead cross-functional execution of product initiatives
