Strategy Consultant

As a Strategic Consultant, you will build and sustain long-term relationships with key clients, leading client onboarding and training, providing personalized in-person support, and acting as a trusted advisor. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams to surface feedback and advocate for client needs.

Requirements

• 5 to 7+ years of relevant experience in a customer-facing support role
• Proven ability to manage support to the day-to-day client and agency relationships, both in-person and virtually
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to deliver strategic insights that bring value to clients
