Sky-Watch A/S is a leading Danish drone company seeking an Organizational Architecture, Performance & People Growth Lead to strengthen its People & Culture team. The ideal candidate has solid international experience in organizational design/architecture, performance management, compensation & reward, and People Growth, preferably from an international scale-up company.

Requirements

• Definition, implementation and further development of global principles and frameworks for organizational design/architecture;
• Design and management of global compensation and rewards philosophy and associated principles and frameworks;
• Design, implementation and continuously improve global performance management frameworks, tools and best practices;
• Define, implement and lead global frameworks and programs for 'best in class' leadership and employee development;
• Have overall responsibility for and drive the global P&C annual cycle, including organizational, performance and people reviews, well-being/engagement studies, etc.
