The Administrative Associate provides administrative and operational support to the Emergency Department at Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital. This part-time night shift role involves providing clerical support, managing patient records, and handling patient inquiries. The role requires excellent customer service skills and collaboration with medical staff, management, and patients to ensure high-quality care.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Experience in a fast-paced medical environment
• Microsoft Office experience
• One year of experience in a medical environment
• Completion of a healthcare-related certificate program
• Transferable skills in call center or customer service
