Job Description
Sentara RMH Medical Center is hiring a Cardiovascular Surgical Technologist for the Cardiac Operating Room. The role involves assisting cardiovascular surgeons during open-heart, vascular, and thoracic surgical procedures, preparing the operating room, and ensuring a sterile environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Trade School Graduate preferred
- National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) certification and Surgical Technologist Licensure required
- 1 year of experience in cardio or thoracic surgery required
