Job Description
Sentara Home Care Services in Harrisonburg is hiring a Clinical Supervisor to coordinate patient care resources and oversee a multidisciplinary team.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (Required)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) – Certification – American Heart Association (AHA) RQI within 90 days of hire (Required)
- 2 years of home health or infusion experience (Required)
- 1 year of supervisory experience (Required)
- Registered Nurse (RN) Multi State - Nursing License - North Carolina Board of Nursing (NCBON) OR Registered Nurse (RN) Single State - Nursing License - North Carolina Board of Nursing (NCBON) OR Registered Nurse (RN) Multi State - Nursing License - Virginia Department of Health Professionals (VADHP) OR Registered Nurse (RN) Single State - Nursing License - Virginia Department of Health Professionals (VADHP)
