Job Description
Sentara Louise Obici Hospital is hiring Emergency Department Technicians to assist in implementing plans of care for emergency/minor emergency care patients. Performs patient procedures and treatments under the supervision of the Physician, Advanced Practitioner, or Nurse.
Requirements
- EMT-B with state or national certification at time of hire
- Successful completion of US Military Hospital Corps School, qualified MMAC candidates
- Current student enrolled in clinical program (e.g., RN, LPN, Respiratory, Physical Therapy) having completed at least one semester within the program
- Prior employment in the Sentara ED tech job code in the past two years
