Sentara Norfolk General Hospital is a 525-bed tertiary care facility that is home to the only Level I Adult Trauma Center and burn trauma unit in Hampton Roads.
Job Description
Performs general maintenance as directed and as necessary on all aspects of building structure and systems, including floors, walls, ceilings, lighting, HVAC, transportation systems, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other items. This position is Mission Essential personnel at SNGH. Must live within 30 minutes of SNGH campus and be able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and be on-call as required.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Trade School
- Certification/License: Valid VA or NC Drivers License (In good standing)
- 2-3 years of Maintenance experience (Commercial preferred)
