Job Description
Sentara Careplex Hospital is hiring an Inpatient Case Manager, RN. The role is responsible for providing comprehensive care management and quality outcomes for patients across the healthcare continuum. A sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 is offered to qualified candidates.
Requirements
- 1 year of nursing experience
- 1 year acute care experience (preferred)
- 1 year case management experience (preferred)
- BLS within 90 days of hire
- BSN is preferred. Case Management (ACM, CCM, CCCTM, CMAC, or CMGT-BC) certification is required within one year of eligibility
