Job Description
Sentara Norfolk General Hospital is hiring an Inpatient Case Manager RN to work full-time days. The Inpatient Case Manager RN is responsible and accountable for the provision and facilitation of comprehensive care management, services and quality outcomes for patients across the healthcare continuum.
Requirements
- 12 months nursing experience
- Registered Nurse
- Basic Life Support (within 90 days)
- BSN-preferred
- Case Management (ACM, CCM, CCCTM, CMAC or CMGT-BC) certification required within one year of eligibility
