Job Description
The IT Technical Support Specialist is a customer-facing role responsible for providing technical assistance related to computer hardware, applications, software devices, and monitoring systems. The specialist must have strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and customer service capabilities to deliver high-quality support in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
- 3 years of experience in the IT environment
- HP & Dell certification (Preferred)
