The IT Technical Support Specialist is a customer-facing role responsible for assisting customers with technical issues related to computer hardware, applications, software, and monitoring systems. The role involves providing systems support, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues, as well as maintaining technical skills and providing coaching and delegating work to lower-level professionals.
