Job Description
Sentara Medical Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join their team in Hampton, VA. The LPN will work under the supervision of an RN or LIP to provide direct patient care and adhere to the level of verified competency dictated by the site specific program.
Requirements
- Valid LPN license in state(s) of practice required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification within 90 days of hire required
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
